Events were run from spreadsheets — registration, payment, and check-in lived in separate tools and reconciled by hand.

• —One pipeline: public registration, payment capture, QR-coded tickets, on-site check-in, and certificate issuance.
• —Admin console for event setup, attendance tracking, and exports.
• —QR check-in designed for low-connectivity venues.
